VOLUNTEER
We are church together
Use your gifts, time and talents to make a difference and bring people to Jesus
Ways to serve
On Sundays
Church is not a building. It is the people of God. And we cannot be church without you.
Our Sunday services are made possible by all of the people serving on teams: welcome, worship, catering, prayer, sound, visuals + livestream, kids, youth, floor managers.
In the week
There are lots of ways to get involved during the week.
We are currently looking for people who can lead a life group, help with communications and graphic design, prepare kids crafts and materials, assist in administrative processes, and much more.
In our city
We want to display the abundant love of Jesus in The Hague. There are two ways to get involved in the city.
1. We regularly organise outreach activities to share the good news of Jesus.
2. We partner with other organisations that serve the city.
Sunday Teams
Welcome
Help people find their way in church, from the gate to the door to their seats and make them feel welcome, loved and cared for.
Worship
Use your musical skills to lead the church in worshipping and glorifying God. This team meets during the week to practice for Sundays.
Catering
You can make people feel at home by providing coffee and tea after the service. You’ll also help prepare communion once a month.
Prayer
Stand with people and bring them to God in prayer. The prayer team are available for people on Sundays at the end of the service in addition to other moments.
Sound
Serve the church on Sundays by making sure that everyone can follow along in the service. Your role is to make sure that the instruments and microphones can all be heard well.
Visuals +
Livestream
Coordinating the livestream camera’s and the slides with song lyrics, notices and sermon notes is a key part of helping everyone engage with the church service.
Kids 0-11
Engaging with children as they learn about God and have fun together! We meet in three age groups: 2-3, 4-8 and 9-11.
Youth 12-18
Be a part of discipling our youth so that they can grow in their faith, develop deep friendships with each other, and share Jesus with others.
Floor managers
You oversee the building, set-up and set-down processes, and safety procedures. Floor managers are the first to open up the building and the last to lock up.
