What is the Redeemer App?
The Redeemer App is the place to connect with others in the community. You can see and sign-up for the upcoming events, join groups, buy, sell and giveaway items.
Is my data safe in the app?
Yes! We value our and your safety and have listed in our Privacy Policy & Data protection Plan how we do this. We work together with a company called Donkey Mobile that helps maintain the app and ensures it’s security. You can read more about the way they handle data in their privacy policy here. Who can download the app and the information witin?
Everyone can download the app, but only those we approve will have access to the app.
When you register we ask you to fill in your name and pick a photo. This ensures us that we know you are with us. If we (our staff team) don’t recognize you, we will send you an email to the provided email address and follow up on you.
A name and photo is the minimum to use the app and is what others can see in the app. Everything else can be hidden or does not have to be provided.
An email address can stay only visible to the staff and not other.
Your address can be left blank if you prefer that, and you don’t have to register your phone number on the app.
Will Redeemer still send newsletters?
In the first few month’s we will combine the reach of the newsletter as well as our new app for our main communication. But we aim to lessen the use of the newsletter to once in every 1 or 2 month’s. This way we keep the App relevant and only send you an email when there is something big that needs more space then just an app message.
How can I download the app?
The App can be found on your phone’s app store by typing in ‘Redeemer International Church’ or by using the logo’s / QR on this page.
I have an idea for a group! How can this be added?
You can start your own group by clicking the plus sign on the top of the groups list. But if you are unsure and want some more information, please send your idea(s) through to admin@redeemerchurch.nl
